Day 1 - Departure
Flight to Almaty, former capital in Kazakhstan.

Day 2 (dates 28/11 or 6/12) Early onward domestic flight to Ust Kamenogorsk (UKK) ~1.5hrs flight (the flight is normally with a departure around 12:00h) and a very good airline (Astana Air)
From Ust Kamenogorsk mini bus to our destinaion ~2.5hrs
Dinner and overnight at guesthouse
Day 3-7 5 days of full on ski-touring
Dinner and overnight in guesthouses. During the days we will seek the best possible areas with tree line skiing
Day 8-9 The last 2 days we ski in the area of Ridder. An old mine town with a lot of history. Where the plan is to do 2 days of cat skiing

Day 10 Flight from Ust Kamenogorsk to Almaty (dates 6/12 or 14/12)
Day 11 flight back home
